Paul has more than 30 years’ experience leading accounting and finance operations, as well as managing the overall strategic directives of a company. Most of his career has been spent with privately owned companies and he has raised over $100 million through venture capital and debt financing. He also has led M&A and IPO transactions with a combined valuation totaling over $200 million.

His clients included an early-stage kitchen management software company, a cybersecurity software company, and a healthcare company. He is skilled at building finance departments from inception and implementing proper internal controls throughout the company. Paul was the Chief Financial Officer at Gorman Health Group (GHG) where he led the Company in a successful sale to Convey Health Solutions. In this role as a member of GHG’s senior leadership team, he was responsible for leading the overall strategic direction of the company and development of GHG’s financial management strategy.

Prior to joining GHG, Paul was CFO and VP Finance for Current Analysis where he was responsible for managing the overall financial welfare of the company. During his time at Current Analysis the company grew its share of the competitive intelligence market and increased profitability year over year. He also helped lead the sale of Current Analysis to Progressive Digital Media, a publicly traded UK company.
